The wine has upfront acid bite with a balanced length of finish. Drinking well as a young wine which will develop honeyed characters from 2019.

Sourced from premium fruit parcels located in central Clare Valley, these vineyards are predominantly dry grown. Any irrigation required in drier seasons does not use Murray River water. Grapes were crushed in the early morning and further chilled to 4ºC for cold pressing. Individual batches of free run juice were fermented separately from the pressings. These components were carefully blended to complement structure and flavour. The resulting wine has a nice balance of acid and mouth feel. It is made to pair with lighter style dishes or simply enjoy on its own. 12.2% alcohol by volume. 750mL = 7.2 standard drinks.
