The wine has velvety tannins which coat the palate providing rich mouthfeel and good length. The style is smooth with medium weight and will be enjoyed best in its youth as a versatile accompaniment to medium and fuller bodied meals.

Free from herbicide use, this dry grown vineyard near Woodside uses organic principles to produce a Pinot Noir crop accurately reflecting the terroir and season. Hand-picked bunches were crushed then cold soaked to maximise colour and flavour extraction. Wild fermentation was supplemented with 20% whole bunch carbonic maceration for fruit character enhancement. The grape must was hand plunged regularly during ferment to maintain a healthy cap before gentle pressing to 1 Bar. French oak chip maturation ensures quality sensory development whilst minimising forest degradation. This wine is un-fined to maximise mouth feel and flavour retention. Decant and allow the wine to breathe for best results. 14.3% alcohol by volume. 750ml = 8.5 standard drinks.
