ABOUT PMW :

The winemaking philosophy of Paul Morris Wines is to craft wines that are a true representation of vineyard and vintage by only making additions as needed to preserve quality. No animal products and minimal water, sulphur and oak are used in the wine making process, creating vegan friendly and environmentally sustainable wines. Organic fruit is sourced where possible and the final product should always reflect good value.

I have worked in the wine industry since 2002. Vineyard roles in McLaren Vale and Lyndoch were followed by vintages in Barossa Valley, Magill and Marlborough. These stints of hands on winery work were interspersed with sales & marketing positions giving me a well rounded appreciation of the wine industry from the vine through to consumer. Now with my wine making venture based in South Australia’s beautiful Clare Valley, home to some of the worlds finest Rieslings and elegant red wines, I am proud to produce small batches of hand crafted wine for your enjoyment.

Recently I had the honour of having my 2014 Paul Morris Bush Vine Grenache placed 7th in the Hot 100 Wines SA - an amazing achievement for my first vintage. Read the full story in The Adelaide Review.
